Sunny Azadeh serves as Vice President of Information Technology and CIO at Align Technology, where she has responsibility for strategy, design and implementation of information systems. Sunny has over 20 years of information technology experience, and has been an advisory board member for emerging technologies in the Bay Area for the past 10 years. Prior to her role as VP of IT & CIO at Align Technology, she held the position of SVP of Information Technology at Agile Software. She is an active member of Consortium of Information Systems Executives, Open IT focused on open source collaboration, and a volunteer at San Jose School Unified District focusing on building future leaders and a mentor and alumni at Women's Unlimited.

Tim Hanrahan is the General Manager for Iheira Solutions which specializes in management consulting and information technology solutions. From 2001 through 2006 he served as Vice President of Information Services and Chief Information Officer for Adaptec, Inc. where he was responsible for all of Adaptec's worldwide computer operations, networks and application systems. Prior to joining Adaptec, Mr. Hanrahan headed Part of the Solution, a systems and management consulting firm and spent 22 years with Sun Diamond Growers of California in various positions, culminating as VP of Information Systems and Services. Earlier career stops included system related positions with United Airlines and the USAF.

Mercedes is global customer experience officer and chief information officer at myShape, Inc., where she is chartered with helping the company to continue its steady growth and enhance the online experience of myShape customers. Prior to myShape, Mercedes was vice president of Global IT at Yahoo! where she delivered the platforms and business applications to support its business systems. Additionally, Mercedes has been vice president of Information Technology for Interwoven, director of IT at MarketFirst Software and served as Dean, director and CTO of instructional computer technologies for West Valley College.

Al Pappas is a Partner of the StrataFusion Group, Inc. and is a well-known technology veteran with over 40 years experience in the fields of information technology (IT), development engineering, marketing and business management. Al’s expertise spans internet technology, enterprise applications, CRM applications, PostScript development, communications systems, global manufacturing, professional services and automated test systems. Most recently as the CIO for VMware, Al led the IT organization during the period of hyper-growth. Al was also the CIO for Hotwire, Portal Software, VeriFone/HP and Adobe Systems where he was responsible for leading all IT activities.  Al is an active member of several CIO & VP of Engineering communities of practice and service organizations.

Scott Thompson is President of PayPal with overall responsibility for growing the global leader in online payments. Scott previously served as PayPal's Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer where he oversaw information technology, product development, and architecture for PayPal. Prior to PayPal, Scott worked for Inovant, a subsidiary of Visa formed to oversee global technology for the organization. As Executive Vice President of Technology Solutions at Inovant, he was responsible for all development, support and maintenance of Visa's global payment system. Scott was also Chief Information Officer of Barclays Global Investors, where he implemented a new strategic technology platform and global infrastructure. In addition, he has worked with Coopers and Lybrand, delivering information technology solutions to leading financial services clients such as Wells Fargo. Scott received a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Computer Science from Stonehill College.

Tony Young serves as vice president and chief information officer of Informatica with responsibility for the strategic direction of Informatica’s global information systems and technology infrastructure. During his tenure at Informatica, Tony and the Information Technology department have won two prestigious industry awards, including the 2006 CIO Decision Midmarket Leadership Award and the 2006 Ventana Research IT Performance Management Leadership Award.  Prior to joining Informatica in 2002, Tony served at Mindcrossing and Converge, where he was responsible for overseeing product development and product management. Tony began his career at HP where he served for 11 years in a number of information technology and marketing roles.

Steve Zoppi brings more than 20 years of technology leadership experience both as an executive-level technology practitioner and a recognized industry analyst. Steve is principal advisor and founder of Collabri Group, LLC, a research and advisory services firm. Prior to Collabri, Steve managed TiVo's information technology including security, operations and enterprise systems development. Before joining TiVo in 2004, Steve was vice president of operations for Hotwire, Inc. and vice president and chief information officer for Electronics for Imaging (EFI). He also served as a recognized technology industry analyst while vice president at META Group, a top IT market research and consulting company.  His co-authored book, "CIO Wisdom: Best Practices from Silicon Valley's Leading IT Experts" hit bookstores in August 2003.
